· We take great pride in the LOREC Ranch collection of fine home furnishings  and hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. All LOREC Ranch furniture and upholstery is guaranteed against manufacturer defects for up to one year. If you are not satisfied, we will  refund your online furniture order within  5 days of receipt. After  5 days, or outside of the manufacturer's warranty, LOREC Ranch will be happy to work with you to resolve the matter. All custom orders are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for pillows and bedding ensembles. Custom orders include bedding, pillows, and/or alterations in color, size, hardware, hide or leather.     

· Our  merchandise is hand-crafted and made from all natural materials. Variations in the color of hides, horns, leather and wood  enhance the unique characteristics  of each piece.

· Delivery and shipping charges may vary and  are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds are only applied to the original form of payment or store credit. If paid by check there is a customary 14 day period for payment to clear before a refund check can be issued. All purchases paid in cash will be refunded by check.

· LOREC Ranch reserves the right to change or alter  any of the above listed policies without prior notice.
