All Lorec Ranch made sofas, love seats, chairs, and ottomans have:
- Solid Alder wood frames (a very good hardwood)
- #1 quality top grain leathers and genuine cowhides throughout
- Seat cushions made from one solid piece of high density memory foam
         (this is better because most manufacturers will do a 'sandwich' of cheaper foam, to cut costs)
-All of our sofa pieces are 'bench made'. This means that there is a very high attention to detail
         because one craftsman works the frame, cushions, springs, leather, etc. (Our sofa pieces
         do not go down an assembly line.)
-Our frames are made in our factory in Guadalajara, Mexico and then shipped to Oklahoma
         where all of the upholstery work is done.
-There are a variety of leather and cowhide colors, as well as fabrics that our customers
         can choose from to customize their upholstered furniture.
-All sofa pieces come with a manufacturer's warranty against factory defects
         for 5 years on frame, 3 years on the cushion fill, and 1 year on leather.

Any product with a "Regency" frame:
-The wax finish frame is made of #1 pine (this is the best grade of pine having very little
         to no imperfections such as knot holes, etc).
-The black washed finish frame is made of Alder wood (a very good hardwood).

Old Cabin Collection:
-Made of reclaimed antique wood making each piece unique. It is pine, but
         much more dense and durable.

Pueblito Collection:
-Made of reclaimed antique wood featuring hand hammered iron panels with a rusty patina.

Most of our other wood products are made of solid pine and can be color washed
         in red, white, black, sage green, or turquoise. All of our colors are exclusive to Lorec Ranch.

Our wood products are hand waxed and sealed. If a customer chooses a color wash,
         we can distress the color for an antique old world look, or do a solid color with no distressing.

All of our wood products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against factory defects.
